 Q: Where's the best place to park my coach for York Minster?

A: The closest and easiest place to park is at Union Terrace coach park on Clarence Street.  Just a short walk to the Minster.

 

Q: I have wheelchair users and older visitors on my coach - can I drop off within the city walls?

A: Only under extenuating circumstances can arrangements be made for a coach to set-down/collect within the city walls (for example, a large proportion of the travelling party is registered as disabled and they are attending a service at York Minster). There is currently an administration fee of £10 to raise such a waiver and further information and advice is available from City of York Council on 01904 551475.

 

Q: Are there special coach parking requirements for York St Nicholas Fayre?

A: Yes, special coach parking arrangements will be in operation during the weekend of York St Nicholas Fayre with bookings taken from September. Please contact Elenid Davies to receive further information.

Q: Where can I park my coach overnight?

A: You are able to leave your coach overnight in St George's Field coach park but coaches cannot be removed before 8am the following morning.
